Cancellation Policy
A minimum of 48-hours is required to cancel or reschedule any appointment without being charged a fee. If you cancel or reschedule an appointment within 48-hours of said appointment, you will be charged 50% of that service. If you no-show an appointment, you will be charged 100% of that service.
We ask that you please reschedule or cancel at least 48-hours before the beginning of your appointment or you may be charged a cancellation fee.
Card on File
A card must be kept on file to receive service at Reverie Beauty Studio. This card is held on file in the instance of a service cancellation or rescheduling within the 48-hour time frame or a full service charge for a no call/no show.
This is to ensure that the artists at Reverie are paid for their time. Unfortunately, when a client late cancels or no shows - that artist loses money. This policy is in place to protect our artists time and money as well as allow other clients the opportunity to schedule.
Other Artists' Work
If you’re coming from another salon or artist - a full-set must be scheduled to allow an artist enough time to give you their quality work! This means you will be scheduled for the duration of a full-set and charged the price of a full-set. Not every artist uses the same brand or lashing method. While we are excited to work on you, we recommend a consultation to ensure that our work meets your expectations. Please look at our work on our Instagram pages prior to scheduling to make sure we’re the right fit for you!
Fill Policy
Sometimes we have better lash weeks than others and we lose more than 50% of our set or exceed the two-week mark. While we understand that things happen, we do have to charge accordingly for our time and supply. You are subject to be charged a fee if we go over fill time in order to get your lashes back to their original full set state.
Refund Policy
No refunds will be given for any reason on product or services. That includes if an allergic reaction occurs. If this does occur - we will offer you to come in and we will remove the lashes at no charge.
Guest Policy
At this time we are asking that you come to your appointment by yourself. We understand why you want to bring your family and friends in, but our space is limited.
